This technique is like flying swallow but instead of just making chakra at the end of the weapon the user infuses poison with the chakra at the end. Like the other technique the user can change how deadly the poison is by adding more chakra to the technique.

The user does the needed handseals and then spits on the opponent. The spit is mixed with poison and chakra. The chakra makes it sticky as the poison sinks out of the spit and onto the surface off whatever the spit was on. The poison in this does not come close to killing anything. this poison only causes pain to the body.

It shows the nuclues and then its shows the electricity coming from the nuecleus. he tehn thrust both hands wherever he wants the strike to go and it blasts out with great speed towards the target.

The user does the neede dhandseals. Then puts his hand together and slowly spreads them aprt showing the nuecleus. He then puts the nuecleus in a part of his clothing. (In Ryuuki's case. It will be a place in the center of his mission clothes.) Electricity then can shield the user from oncoming attacks except for fire attacks.

The user does many handseals and then rotates his hands around eachother with the user's eyes closed. Wind then starts to surrond the user like an orb so that he will be shielded from the technique that is about to be preformed. The user then rubs his hands together making his hands warm and slams his hand through the wind orb at the bottom touching the surface of the ground or whatever the user is on. Fire then starts to spread through the area exactly 40 feet in Circumference. The wind orb quickly closes once that phase starts. The orb then starts to spin rapidly making the fire start spreading even quicker and then the fire starts to ris untill it gets to the form of a rapid spinningfire tornado. The tornado can then suck up things from the ground and brun them up. The user will not be hardmed even though he is in the tornado because he is surronded by the wind orb that protects him from the fire.

Bunshin Bakuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Itachi. At first glance the clone appears to be a normal Kage Bunshin, but Itachi can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion.

Chidori - Thousand Birds

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Fuuton • Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth, the user will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique

Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Ninpou: Ikadzuchi no Kiba is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. Drawing together his dual short swords, electrical energy will begin to crackle. A plume of of an electrified chakra-like essence will rise into the clouds above to activate the lightning to come crashing down on Raiga's target. (Ryuuki will use his scythe instead of the dual short swords)

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Utakata is a Genjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki member Uchiha Itachi. Itachi will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Description of the Kekkei: This bloodline is quiet simple. the blood that you have lost or the blood that your opponent or whoever you are near you can control once it gets off the body. This kekkai is pretty powerful if there is a lot of blood near Ryuuki or any of his family members. He has many jutsu's that have to do with this kekkai that he made himself. This is the kekkai he is known for mainly.
How the Kekkei Works: When blood gets off the body and another object Ryuuki does a handseal only known to his clan and the blood is like a puppet and Ryuuki can controll and make it go whever he wants it to go. The problem with getting this is that to obtain this kekkai the person that wants the effect of this has to slaughter 60 people with one kunai in there mouth and there hands tied up behind there back. Ryuuki had done this though. Since when you slaughter people blood comes out in this case and they can attack you making you lose your blood. Once enough blood comes out of you and you see enough blood the kekkai activates. Most of this family have gone to missing ninja since they had done this.

This technique requires lost of blood. The blood goes up into the air forming a cloud like formation as it condenses together. Blood then starts to rain down on his target. The blood rain then can get harder and heavier at ryuuki's choosing. this technique can also be used as a distraction.

Ketsukei Kasui- Blood Spikes

This technique is like Haku's technique. The blood goes into the air above his target only when the target is attacking him though. He then jumps away while the spieks of blood that had formed race down on the target.

Ketsukei Sharibetsu-Blood Syrup

The technique makes the blood attach together and if there is enough spread over a certain amount of area. The blood then becomes a sticky blood. If the target or anything stepps on it the thing gets stuck and the blood slowly starts to creep onto the thing. As it creeps up it hardens and starts getting heavier. If the blood gets so far to that it is over the face and it starts to harden over the face the person can sufficate. This truly helps kill a target or anything in that matter.

This technique lets the user use blood and form it into a weapon. the blood then hardens makign the weapon hard to break like a real weapon. This technique is probably the least chakra costly because once the blood hardens it dosnt take up any chakra anymore.

Specialty:

Scythe-Its blade is black and the handle is red which might I add are his favorite colors. The handle isnt made out of wood like usual scythes though. Its made out of iron so it dosnt snap in half everytime its attacked and he dosnt have to fix it often of get a new one. He does get sick of fixing those dents though.

Clothing worn:
He usually wears no shirt, black jeans, and black ninja sandals. he also wears a black necklace and a ring on his middle finger.

History:
It was a stormy night. No stars filled the sky but some clouds did. The clouds did not go over the moon. It was as if the moon ahd a pretective barrier aorund it shielding it form the clouds. A man with Black hair and blue eyes ran down the street. He couldnt miss it! He knew he was running late but he hoped he didnt miss it. He hoped on top of a roof and then went from roof to roof untill he got to the Hospital of Konoha. He busted through the doors and everyone looked at him surprised. They knew him but they didnt know he would do what he just did. He ignored there confused faces and raised up the stairs of the hospital doors without notyfiying the nurses. The nurses ignored what he had just did since they kenw this person very well. This person was infact
Buki Kumori. He had helped protect this village very well and he was about to be a proud father!

He bursted through the room doors when he saw his step-wife having the baby. At that instant the baby came out now and a new life was born. The life of Ryuuki. he smiled at the baby and then at his wife. He left the doctor clean the baby and then he held it in his hands and the baby made a smile. That made Buki smile as he then gave it to his wife to hold. When hhe gave it to his wife Ryuuki smiled again making here smile. They knew this baby would be a good baby...or so they thought.

The years went by fairly quickly as they saw Ryuuki grow up and soon Ryuuki was ready for his training. But first his mom or his dad would have to tell him. His mom tod him. By the way his mom was named, Hana. Her last name was Ketsukei untill she married Buki. So later that day his mom told him the whole story about how she met his father and how she was his step-mom because his dad had married someone else before he had him. Ryuuki was happy that his mom had told him this but he really didnt care about that. She didnt tell him everything though. She didnt tell him about how she had a bloodline that killed many but she told him about his dads bloodline and about how he had the same power. He just had to actiavte it. Ryuuki decided he would do that in his training to surprise his dad. Then that was all she needed to tell Ryuuki so she let him go about his buisness and go outside and play with other kids.

About a wekk later his dad called Ryuuki out to the yard for his first training session. Ryuuki had secretly been working on his dads bloodline but he wasnt that good still but still it would probably surprise his dad that he even knew it. He smirked when he went outside and his dad told him to get in a battle stance and be prepared to work. Ryuuki noded and when his dad said "Go" he jumped backwards as he threw a kunai knife. His dad easily deflected it using the steel armor his dad was wearing.. he would probably get his dad with his own bloodline which made him laugh a bit. His dad wondered why he was laughing so he asked.Ryuuki looked at the ground still chuckling but not letting his dad see his eyes. Ryuuki then started move from side to side and then dashed off and went around and around his dad before running towards his dad. his dad still thought he was going around and around in circles so he quikcly kicked his dad in the elgs where armor wasnt. His dad fell to the ground as his leg hurt. He then did punches and kicks through out the fight. His dad still won though. His dad won by grabbing Ryuuki by the leg when he was about to kick and slinging him onto the fence of the yard. ryuuki's back started hurting and he said for his dad to stop. His dad knew Ryuuki was good enough for the acdemy so he stopped but he knew Ryuuki still had much to learn but not from him...from others.

Ryuuki then kept growing and the training sessions went on before he went to the academy. As soon as he stepped through the academy doors he had a rival. His rivals name was named Meiun. He tried to trip Ryuuki as he came through the doors. Ryuuki fell but quickly got up and turned around putting a fist up at Meiun but Meiun just laughed. Ryuuki then took his seat and that day the teachers said they would be sparring with a partner to see where they eahc stood. Ryuuki knew what partner he would pick and he knew that person would pick him too. They then went outside and ryuuki was right. Meiun oicked Ryuuki as his partner and Ryuuki noded with a cocky smirk on his face. Ryuuki got in a battle stance. He then heard the teachers say you acnt use your bloodline and in his mind he cursed as he waited for Meuin to make the first move. then the teachers said "Go" Ryuuki wand Meiun fought hard with punches and kicks before starting with jutsus. Soon after their battle still raged on the other students were done and backed out of the way of the two. teh etachers noded as they saw them fight. They soon saw that this fight was gettign serious so they grabbed Ryuuki by the arms and the other teachers grabbed Meiun. "Im not done with him." Ryuuki said. "Let go of me!" Meuin said before the teachers pinned them noth on the ground and dragged them abck to the academy. Ryuuki and Meiun just glared at eachother the whole way there. Then the day at the academy was over and before it wa sover ryuuki had said his mom and dads name. What Ryuuki hadnt known was that exactly when he had said his mom old last name that sparked rumors in the Leaf Village.

The years went by as Ryuuki went up rank by rank really quick but hes that had been going on yue still hadnt realized the rumors that were going on. His parents then told him to go to the store one day to get a few things. Ryuuki quickly went and came abck. thats when tragedy struck. he saw police at his house and wondered what was going on. Ryuuki burst through the door going through many police officers and skidded to a stop when he saw the thing that seemed most horrible to him. He saw his mom and dad dead hanging from the ceiling. he then started crying and then yelled a yell of pain. He then saw a note on the counter right beside where they were so he read it. It said, "Were so sorry Ryuuki. Its not our fault. Its the villages. we were sick of the rumors and people looking at us with hatred due to me (Your mother). I dont want to deal with the pain anymore and your father wont let me go alone so Goodbye Ryuuki." it said. Ryuuki crumpled it up anger burning inside him now as he crumpled it up. he then went up to his fathers room and took his scythe. He then packed up his things and went outside anger still in him. he had a lust now. A lust to kill. He ended up killing 100 people of the village ebfore tiring out and nearly getting hismelf killed by people. he then fled out of the village and into the forest not looking back at the village. He would now be known as a missing ninja and he knew it...

Another year went by before he was attacked by Jounin from the leaf Village. Why didnt they just leave him alone?! He decided he would have to fight them but then something happened that he didnt expect. Whern he was fighting and once there had been much blood shed he lifted his hand and the blood went up with it. he then made the blood go to the Jounin on their faces and it hardened sufficating the Jounin's. Ryuuki wondered what this power was and he quickly harnessed it. This must be the other bloodline he had from his step mom. When he was attacked he kept killing themw ith this using the same techniques and that began to bore him so he came up with his own techniques to use.
